Search catalog for your item.

Click on “Place Hold” or “Hold Request” button.

Enter your 14 digit library card number (on front of card) and then your PIN (default is last 4 digits of your home phone number).

Click on "Submit Request."
To request an item not owned by the library click the “email the librarian” button found on the catalog homepage or call 610-759-4932.

Access the catalog page.

Click the “My Account” tab.
- Enter your 14 digit library card number (on front of card) and then your PIN (default is last four digits of your home phone number).
- Click on "Submit Request."
- The Patron Information window will list any items you have checked out.
- Renew items by clicking the appropriate boxes.
- Then click "Renew Checked Items" button.
Note: If you have any overdue items or outstanding fines or there is hold on the item for another patron you may not renew items.
Your default PIN is the last four digits of your phone number which is assigned when you are given a card. To change your PIN:
- Click on my account , fill in the screen and click submit.
- Click the “Change PIN” button.
- Fill in the “Change Patron Information” form and submit.
Monetary donations to the Library for the purchase of new books, equipment, programming etc. may be made at anytime and are greatly appreciated.The Library conducts an annual fundraiser. Donations may be made throughout the year using the attached form. Click here to link to the form.

The Patron Review feature lets you examine the information in your patron file on the library automation system, review items, and determine the position of on-hold items on the Holds list. This password protected file includes notification/billing information and the status of holds, fines, checkouts, etc., for your account. The feature has been enabled, so
you can also renew items from the Patron Review window, change your PIN, cancel pending holds, and view saved searches. (Circulation has been configured to collect patron loan history and this feature allows you to view your loan history at this location.)
To view your patron information, click the Patron Review button on the home page to reach the request form.
FREE CARDS:
Library cards are free to residents of Nazareth Borough, Lower Nazareth Township, Upper Nazareth Township and Bushkill Township with proof of identification of your current address.
ACCESS PA PROGRAM:
Some non-residents are eligible for a free card from our Library under the ACCESS PA program, which is a state wide reimbursement program. Non-residents eligible for a free card from our Library under the ACCESS PA program must present their home Library card before we can issue them a card.
The Library does not sell cards to non residents.
