Terms & Conditions for Donations by credit card

For the convenience of its patrons the Memorial Library of Nazareth and Vicinity provides the option of making an online donation and purchasing event tickets online with a credit card or a debit card. The library also provides the option for patrons to use a credit card or debit card to pay library bills, fines fees, and sale items in person at the library.

The Memorial Library of Nazareth and Vicinity accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. The library is subject to compliance with all laws, statutes, and reasonable terms and conditions associated with accepting these credit cards. The library does not charge a fee for a credit card use.

Credit and debit cards may be used to pay for most library fines and fees in person at the library. These included payments for overdue fines, lost or damaged materials, library fee cards, and other circulation transactions. Credit and debit cards will not be accepted if the total amount due is less than five dollars.

Credit and debit card payments may be made in person at the Adult Circulation Desk. Credit and debit card payments will not be accepted at the Children's Circulation Desk, by telephone, or by e-mail.

Patrons who have paid by credit card for lost materials and subsequently found and returned them will be a issued a refund through the Library Billing Department. This refund will be given in cash.
